13U Winter Training
The 13U LI Huskies will have 10 focused Winter Workout sessions. These workouts will be 2 Hours at Dedication Sports in Port Jefferson, NY.
Coach Adam and Brendan will run the workouts and they will focus on all aspects of the game. We will work on our baserunning, primary and secondary leading. The team will have individual attention from both the Head Coach and Assistant Coach to work on the fundamentals of their swing, elding, and pitching mechanics. We will take this time to make the proper adjustments to get the players in a condent mindset as they head into their school seasons.
